Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") define the terms of use, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Block&Clock Inc. (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the Company’s website.


Article 2 (Compliance with Applicable Laws)

Both the Customer and the Company shall comply with applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, and any other relevant provisions.


Article 3 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

① “User” refers to any person who accesses the Company’s website and uses the services provided under these Terms.

② “Service” refers to the online content and inquiry functions provided through the Company's website.


Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

In principle, the Company retains collected personal information for one (1) year after the inquiry is resolved, after which the information is immediately and securely deleted. 


Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Services)  

① The Company provides services including company information and an inquiry form through the website.

② The Company may modify service content and availability and will notify users of such changes in advance where feasible.


Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

① Providing false information or using another person’s identity

② Hindering website operation or causing damage to the service

③ Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

④ Violating laws, public order, or good morals


Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

① All content (text, images, logos, etc.) created by the Company is the property of the Company and protected by copyright and related laws.

② Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise use any content without the Company’s prior written consent.


Article 8 (Disclaimer)

① The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred through use of the website unless otherwise stipulated by law.

② The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, system failures, or network disruptions.


Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② Any disputes arising between the Company and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court having territorial jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters.
